Handlingen kretsar kring två människor som återförenas på en hospiceavdelning efter att tidigare ha träffats under meningsfulla måltider. Läkaren och kocken börjar nu arbeta tillsammans med döende patienter, vilket skapar ett unikt möte mellan medicin och matlagning. Serien undersöker hur mat och närhet kan ge tröst och värdighet i livets slutskede. De tidigare mötena mellan huvudkaraktärerna bildar en underliggande tråd som fördjupar deras arbete på avdelningen.
Produktionen är ett samarbete mellan Sydkorea och Grekland.
