Serien följer tre tonåringar som arbetar som spökjägare i en värld där övernaturliga fenomen utgör ett växande hot mot befolkningen. Lucy Carlyle, spelad av Ruby Stokes, är en flicka med extraordinära psykiska förmågor. Hon ansluter sig till Anthony Lockwood, porträtterad av Cameron Chapman, och George Karim, spelad av Ali Hadji-Heshmati, vid ett mindre paranormalt utredningsföretag. Tillsammans undersöker de de många farliga andar som hemsöker London.
De tre ungdomarna måste använda sina olika talanger för att lösa övernaturliga fall samtidigt som de riskerar sitt eget välbefinnande. Under utredningarna stöter de på en större konspiration som hotar att förändra allt de trodde de visste. Serien blandar mysterium, action och övernaturliga element när karaktererna navigerar genom en stad fylld av spöken och dolda faror.
