Serien följer Meekah och Blippi när de ger sig ut på olika äventyr tillsammans. Under sina resor utforskar de fenomen relaterade till naturvetenskap och naturen. Varje avsnitt presenterar olika miljöer och koncept som är utformade för att väcka nyfikenhet hos unga tittare. Programmet kombinerar underhållning med pedagogiska moment, där karaktererna undersöker sina omgivningar och gör praktiska observationer.
Meekah är producerad för en mycket ung målgrupp, vilket återspeglas i innehållets utformning och presentationsstil. Serien bygger på samma universum som det befintliga barnprogrammet Blippi, där Blippi redan etablerades som en karaktär som utforskar världen tillsammans med barn.
