Serien följer tjugofyra kvinnliga yrkespersoner från olika branscher som samlas för att delta i en övergripande överlevnadstävling. Deltagarna utgörs av polisöfficerare, brandmän, livvakter, soldater, idrottare och stuntkvinnor som organiseras i sex lag baserade på sina respektive yrken. Under sju dagar tävlar dessa kvinnor på en avlägsen ö under utmanande förhållanden. Lee Su-ryeon representerar säkerhetsteamet medan Kang Eun-mi ingår i militärlaget.
Konceptet bygger på att deltagarna måste samarbeta inom sina yrkesgrupper för att lösa uppgifter och övervinna hinder på ön. Serien kombinerar element av fysiska utmaningar, strategisk planering och lagarbete. Fokus ligger på hur kvinnor från skyddande och fysiskt krävande yrken presterar under extrema omständigheter. Varje lag bär sitt eget ansvär att representera sitt yrke och tävla för att uppnå överlevnad och ära under veckan på ön.
